RETURN POLICY

Return Shipping is on us! We offer free 30-day returns for all customers based in the United States. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

Items must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

Engraved and monogrammed products

Gift cards

Final sale items

Design Gold Jewelry does not accept unauthorized returns and such items will be returned to sender without Design Gold Jewelry bearing any liability or responsibility for any associated loss.

RETURNING GIFT PURCHASES

We offer store credit for returning gift orders, an order number is required. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer 30-day exchanges for online purchases made by United States customers. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.

MISTAKENLY RETURNING A NON-DESIGN GOLD JEWELRY ITEM

Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Design Gold Jewelry cannot reship non-Design Gold Jewelry items mistakenly sent to us.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Design Gold Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns, including but not limited to personalized or final sale items, and to return said items to the sender. Design Gold Jewelry is not responsible for return shipments that are rejected, re-directed or abandoned and will not issue a refund for the underlying item(s).

In the event that Design Gold Jewelry identifies an atypical pattern or practice of excessive returns or abuse of its return policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future returns or use of our Sites (or any portion thereof).
